Quality is a core business process that Greene Civil Engineering does not compromise on. Understanding that the delivery of projects to an assured standard is a fundamental obligation for all operations.

We will establish needs through understanding specifications and direct communications with the client. We will procure materials and products as specified and where possible we will source compliant but cost effective alternatives for client’s consideration.

To ensure that our workforce understand clients requirements we will develop specific quality plans linked to relevant operational procedures that will be brief and managed accordingly. Our supply chain will be instructed about the need for compliance to specification and quality assurance to ISO 9001-2008 without exception. The supply chain will monitored to ensure compliance.

In ensuring we maintain the quality of our delivery we will test, inspect, monitor and record at stages of completion. We will record non conformance and non compliance which will include isolating products and materials for the appropriate remedial action to be taken.

As we believe quality assurance is an ever changing and evolving process we will undertake continuous review and implementation

of our policy to maintained a standard compliant with and where possible exceeding recognized standards and our client’s expectations.
